About us
Ostara Chocolate Co. was founded by entrepreneur Karen Lankester. Karen’s passion and penchant for food, her love of people and her desire to create pleasing experiences has driven her to succeed in the food and beverage industry.
For the past 24 years while working in the multi-faceted sectors of restaurants, 5 star hotels, leisure clubs and food manufacturing, she understands that a quality product presented professionally and beautifully will evoke a sense of satisfaction and contentment that few other experiences can.
The Team at Ostara Chocolate Co. pursue personal and professional growth, are inclusive, encourage excellence of each other and maintain a workspace of mutual respect. We challenge each other to push chocolate boundaries and support one other in our endeavours.
Our couverture chocolates are handmade in traditional Belgian style and hand wrapped with care. Our creative packaging design is unique to you and each purchase you make has our Ostara Chocolate Co. guarantee of excellence, ensuring our product is visually stimulating as well as eliciting an explosion of tastes.
